Edward Albert Design is a full design house dedicated to preserving design inspired by the origins of mid-century, art deco, classic and machine age.

Edward Albert “Al” Harpham was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of California. He was influenced heavily during the 1980s by Mod and European cultures, spending most of his time in Hollywood amidst an array of vibrant color, intensity and creativity.  He attributes the inspiration for his work on blend of influences including all European and American historical and modern architecture and a love of anything from a former era.

Al has a creative background in mechanical design and development that dates back to 1997. He has worked in the machine, manufacturing and fabrication environment for over 25 years.

Karen Clark was born and raised in Fresno, California and has a background in fine art oil painting with an emphasis on color theory. While she works in the studio with Al, she also uses her knowledge of graphic art, styling and photography to portray their work through words and pictures. Their shared desire is for the world to see the healing power of art and design and how it lifts the human spirit.
